Please note:
Session rates are reflective of the rates recommended for Master’s-level counselling sessions set by the Canadian Association of Social Workers.
Sliding scale rates are available after consultation with new clients.
Accepted methods of payment:
- Visa and Mastercard
- E-transfer
- Direct billing to insurance provider
Health Benefit Plans:
Many health benefit plans cover services with Registered Social Workers (RSW), please confirm that your extended benefits cover the services of a RSW.
Direct billing is available for several extended health benefit plans.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there are times when cancelling an appointment on short notice becomes unavoidable. However, please note that your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed session prevents another client from utilizing that time.
To ensure fairness to all, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if a session is missed, a $20 fee will be charged to cover the cost of reserving the room.
